A Wine Tasting Adventure in Napa Valley

Before heading to our wedding dinner at Bottega, my husband and I made a quick stop at Castello di Amorosa.

Castello di Amorosa in Napa Valley feels like stumbling upon a real-life Italian castle. It took Dario Sattui over 15 years to build, and the result is a mix of history and amazing wine.

When you arrive, you're greeted by a drawbridge and moat, just like in the olden days. Inside, there are cozy tasting rooms, cute courtyards, and hidden cellars.

Their Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon Italian wines are really something special! Every sip shows how much care they put into making them.

The tours are filled with interesting stories about the castle's past, and the views of the vineyards are stunning.

Plus, you can grab your favorite bottle, some local cheeses, and snacks from their shop and have a lovely picnic.

Castello di Amorosa is perfect for wine lovers, history buffs, or anyone who wants a magical escape in Napa Valley.

For me, it's a special place—it was my very first Napa Valley winery experience for one of my birthdays, and now it's a tradition. I've made some great memories here, surrounded by the castle's charm and fantastic wines.
